TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings are confirmed by email at info@icemanexpeditions.is. A booking is complete when we have confirmed availability and received your payment or deposit. Tours are private and require a minimum of 2 persons unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in US dollars ($) per person and include the guide, the vehicle, and on-board refreshments unless stated otherwise. Payment details are provided with your booking confirmation. Full payment or an agreed deposit is due before departure.

Icelandic weather can change rapidly. We may cancel, shorten, or reroute a tour at short notice for safety reasons — including storms, road closures, and extreme conditions. If we cancel for safety or operational reasons, you receive a full refund or a free rescheduling, at your choice.

If you cancel 48 hours or more before departure, you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are charged in full. We recommend all guests carry travel insurance.

Guests join expeditions at their own risk and must follow the guide's instructions at all times. Each guest must confirm any relevant medical conditions before departure. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused participation without refund. We accept no liability for injuries, loss, or damage caused by a guest's failure to follow instructions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Icelandic law (Act No. 46/1994 on Package Travel).

All tours travel in our private Land Cruiser. Seats are limited to 4 guests per tour. Damage caused by deliberate or negligent behaviour towards the vehicle or its equipment will be charged to the responsible guest.

Drone footage and photos taken during a tour can be shared with your group on request. Personal items and cameras are brought at your own risk.

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes are resolved by the District Court of Reykjavík unless otherwise agreed.
